Not gonna lie, I’ve ordered this a few times and it usually works okay, but it doesn’t always feel the same. Sometimes the texture or scent seems a bit different from the last one. It’s not terrible, just kind of hit or miss for me...

This cleans my hair really well. It doesn’t leave it feeling stripped. My scalp feels fresh after. I like it.

I reached out not expecting much, but they got back to me quickly and fixed the issue right away. when you need help and someone actually responds like that...

I bought it from wen.com because my hair was just feeling really dry and kind of rough. I wasn’t totally sure at first, and it did take me a little while to get used to using it, but after a few washes my hair started feeling softer and more hydrated. It’s not as frizzy as it was, and my ends don’t feel like straw anymore, which is a relief. I’m still getting the hang of it a bit, but so far I’m happy with the moisture it gives my hair

I ordered from wen.com i thought it would take longer. I mean, the package actually showed up quickly. The tracking was okay too, not amazing or anything, but it gave me enough updates. Overall, shipping was smooth enough for me.

I had to return something and overall it worked out, just not as quickly as I was hoping. Customer service did get back to me, but it usually took a couple of days between replies, so it felt a little drawn out. I did get my refund in the end, which I’m happy about. If you’re not in a hurry, the process is probably okay, but I think it could be clearer and a bit faster

The Wen products I got, I really do like the smell of them. It’s kind of soft and clean, not too much or strong at all. Even after I wash my hair, the nice scent still stays around, which is a big reason I keep using it.

I’ll admit, I WENt into using WEN thinking it was going to be a total game changer because of how it was talked up. My waves do hold a bit better, they don’t get as frizzy, and blow drying seems quicker, so I’m happy with that part. But i also feel a little misled because the results weren’t as dramatic as I expected. It helps, just not in the miracle-product way I thought it would.

wen has been around for a while, so I feel like it’s easier to trust than some random brand I’ve never heard of, you know? It just seems like a safer pick to me.

I ordered from WEN after going back and forth for a while because I’d seen some mixed reviews online. My hair is already on the thin side, so the last thing I wanted was to lose any more of it or make things worse.
I decided to play it safe and only used the cleansing conditioner a couple times a week at first. Thankfully, I didn’t notice any extra shedding, and my hair actually feels softer and not as dried out after I wash it.

Shipping was totally fine, and the site was easy enough to use. I’m glad I didn’t let worry talk me out of trying it, because I would’ve missed out on something that ended up working well for me. 5 stars.

Canceled my plan today and it went through super quick. No annoying runaround or anything, and the confirmation email showed up right away. Ngl, it was way easier than I expected
